HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

This will depend what you have ordered. Some items are handmade from scratch to order and take longer to complete, whereas some products are not meaning we can complete them faster.

Please take a look at the individual product pages and you will see a "processing times" tab near the product description. Clicking this tab with reveal the processing and delivery times associated with your specific product.

E.g, Processing time + Shipping time = How long it will take for your item to arrive.

WHAT KIND OF IMAGES CAN I UPLOAD OT MY ORDER TO BE ENGRAVED?

The best kind of images to upload for your engraving is a sharp, high resolution, black and white digital design.

We can not use photos of physical items, or portraits of people or pets. Blurry or poor quality designs will delay your order as we will either need to spend time cleaning the image up, redesign the image from scratch if possible, or we'll need to get in touch with you to request a better/alternative design.
