Shipping Policy
Please review your shipping address, processing times and estimated delivery times before placing your order.
Custom Calibers will only ship to the address provided at checkout. Please review your shipping address before you place the order as it cannot be changed. Once shipped, you will receive an email dispatch notification. Any order above £100 will get a free tracking service provided.
We always try our best but cannot guarantee any shipping and/or carrier comments or requests left in the “order instructions/comments” box that appears during checkout, as well as requested via email.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid at the time of delivery. To remain ethical in our business practices, we cannot mark international shipments as “gifts” unless they are indeed gifts and are noted as so.
Projected shipping times for your region commence once your order has been dispatched and are completely separate from processing times.
Individual product processing times can be found on their respective product information pages under the “processing times” tab and vary from 3–20 business days depending on the difficulty of the build.
These processing times are a guideline only and may take longer during busy seasons such as Christmas.
Business days do not include weekends, public holidays or bank holidays.
Processing time + shipping time = the total time to wait for your order.

These terms are provided by the postal services. We cannot guarantee the parcel will arrive within this time. Your parcel may come faster or may be delayed on its way due to unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for various circumstances or natural disasters that may affect the delivery time.
Please note that during Christmas, New Year, other busy holidays and Royal Mail postal strikes, the delivery time can be increased by 7–14 days.
All costs for international delivery, including fees, taxes and duties, are the responsibility of the customer.
If your parcel is returned because of incorrect address information or if you forget to receive it, we can happily send it back, but you will need to pay the shipping cost again.
All international deliveries include expedient tracked and recorded shipping to avoid disappointment caused by lost or delayed items.
