I wish I could have just docked half a star, but did want to address the difficulties in the process. I totally understand that it was a difficult time for shipping internationally from the UK to USA, so none of that is in question. They were very responsive when I had questions or asked about tracking, etc. The only true frustration I had was that for a month after ordering, I had zero contact or acknowledgement of my order, leaving me wondering if it got lost in the internet ether somewhere. I received a shipping message a day or two after inquiring, at which point things went smoothly. It just felt like I was sitting in limbo for that month.
